Stanley Black & Decker was looking for a new landing page to attract top-notch talent to its Global Customer Experience team.
The page boasts a much-improved user experience over the company's original corporate jobs site and showcases the benefits of joining the SBD team with clear calls to action to apply to jobs. Job candidates are able to watch a promotional video directly on the page, integrated using the YouTube API.
The page also needed to be maintainable by the company's content team so all content is integrated into the WordPress CMS.
